Thank you for developing this very useful tool. I encountered some issues while running the function dev.visualize_development_module_layout_0 and would appreciate your guidance.
Specifically, I would like to obtain the inner product score for each original cell. When examining the output dev.inner_product_df, I see columns labeled score and pseudotime_id. Could you please clarify what pseudotime_id represents? In addition, how does pseudotime_id correspond to the original cell barcodes in the input dataset?
