Make it possible to move a talk from one meeting to another #78
Description
It is common for a member to agree to speak on one day and then for that talk to change to another meeting date. For example, this might happen if a member is sick and needs to cancel, or if the schedule is rearranged.
Currently, to move a talk from one meeting to another, the user must delete the talk and re-enter it as a new talk on the new meeting date.
As a user, I want the ability to click a button that would allow me to move the talk to a different meeting date.
