Cannot request approval when viewing latest revision #699
Description
If you use the history timeline to navigate to the latest revision you cannot request approval until you remove /revision/{revisionId} from the URL. I suspect there may be other unintended issues while viewing the latest revision. One solution is to simply redirect to the base recipe URL when you navigate to the latest revision.
