Adding the ability to scrape "restricted" accounts

Is it possible to scrape tweets that are unsearchable e.g. https://twitter.com/jackiec57 ?

To remove the need to click "show sensitive content anyways", it would need to...

1. Login just like https://gist.github.com/momota10/969d904b4cad239da2a5c00df1ad87e7
2. Go to https://twitter.com/settings/safety
3. Check the "show sensitive" box in
   <input name="search-settings-nsfw" checked="" class="SearchSettings-toggleInput SearchSettings-toggleInput--sensitive" type="checkbox">
4. click "submit" in <button id="settings_save" class="EdgeButton EdgeButton--primary EdgeButton--medium" type="submit" disabled="">Save changes</button>
   To scrape the content after the settings are, done, repeat Error selenium [winerror 2] #1 and then go to the twitter profile.

@DonaldTsang Great feature, but I haven't been able to continue on this for a while This has to be worked out on your own, feel free to modify the code for your purpose.
