Unable to find lev.py source code file

Hello,

I am trying to find the source code file lev.py as mentioned in your readme file ->**lev.py is the source code for levelization of nodes**. But I couldn't find it in the repository. Please let me know if it is removed from repository. If this is not the right place to post this question, I will remove it as I am not very well aware of Github yet.
