Disk creation is wrong

Using makedisk 1 creates a 512MB disk
Truncating it to 32MB later with truncate leaves you with a 512MB disk with 512MB identify data that is the wrong length

This will fail if anything looks at the actual IDE header, or tries to read off the end of the media, unlike a properly created disk using makedisk 4 and truncating to 40MB. The 32768 choice is odd anyway - a 32MB flash drive generally only has 32000000 bytes or thereabouts on it.

If you use makedisk 4 you don't need to do truncates (and you can use dd to drop data in the middle of the file)

As an aside you probably also want to update your ide.[ch] to the ones in the RC2014 repository as they fix some endian bugs, correct a problem with CHS mode and fix some status emulations.

Hi, thanks, I agree this is not very clean. No OS currently uses the Identify command on a Z280RC afaik, so going with a makedisk 1 doesn't do any harm. CP/M only uses the first 32MB of the image, RSX280 and UZI280 do 64MB and 128MB respectively. So truncate -s131073k works ok.

Btw. the CHS problem was already fixed by hperaza here: mtdev79/z180emu@46f6be3#diff-cb5dad91a1e39c6713905f96c9baa06770414707c5eb38c8b89f5ee9c4f66de5R152
Checked the patch and it seems the same, almost line by line.

I'll upgrade to your latest version which has 128MB image support, later.
