Handle outdated data trip IDs

Trip IDs are used for GTFS-RT vehicle locations (service alerts) and trip updates.
If schedule is outdated, trip IDs probably become invalid.
Should we ignore them:
  - -> show all route vehicles?
  - -> show all service alerts? <- YES
  - -> trip updates? _WIP_
