feat(memory): support hybrid search

Current memory MCP supports full text search. while it is good for simple use cases it might not suit well for bigger use-cases.

Would be nice to have a variant (or an option) to specify and use SQLite and/or PostgreSQL as a DB, that support hybrid search ootb
