Missing documentation on how to run queries and export results

There is no documentation explaining how to correctly write and run queries in the pgrsql UI. Issues include misunderstanding how to run SELECT with LIMIT, inability to export result sets properly, and confusion about supported SQL syntax. Please add clear usage instructions to the README.
