New landing page and ME25 archive page

We should have a new landing page that is not specific to the 2025 conference.

I envision a nice overview that includes, but is not limited to, the archive page for the 2025 conference. This allows us to include what @pamolloy started in #3 in a separate page and link to it on the main page.

Hope to get around to doing this in November, fingers crossed!
