The context menus only work when DynamicData workbench is activated.

The DD context menu which pops up once you right-click on a DD object only shows if the DD workbench is switched to and active.

The expected behaviour is:

1. The context manu is available at all times after workbench has been installed and FC has restarted.
2. The context menu is available at all times whilst the DD workbench is loaded (one would need to configure the DD workbench to autoload).

This thing gave me a headache.

This is a great idea. I will see if I can add it to the context menu if the keep toolbar active setting is true.
