Rename Property using the selected property?

Can we have the rename property using the selected field, if any, otherwise it can show the popup to select the property?

Another user has created a macro that I think I might be able to use for this. I would still have the dialog, but the selected property would be preselected in the dialog in case the selected property is not the one the user intends to rename, delete, etc.

Considering this, the dialog could be the same then.
So just a single dialog. Easier and cleaner.

A drop-down list with the selected properly already selected and the input field with the new name.
