Platform : generic way to run tests in VSCode

As a developer, I want to be sure I have simple way to run all test for the Framework before I request a PR. I must be able to call it locally from my VScode or in my branch on GitHub.

For local tests, i added some test plugins in pom.xml for now and downloaded sonarQube ide extension
For Github Actions, i'm working on also adding trivy to the list
