Could you support images from folder too? #1

HNUHell' BackgroundImagePlus breaks with the latest builds of Webstorm (and likely all new IntelliJ IDEs). BackgroundImagePlus hasn't been updated in 20 years and GitHub issues are disabled, leading me to believe the project is abandoned.
Any chance your fork could support both URLs and image folders? You could restore that part of the code you removed and add a UI toggle to choose between modes.
