Pack everything up in a nice Makefile

- [ ] find out, if `make` is installed by default on a new Mac. Maybe there has to be xcode installed
- [ ] write a good makefile, with instuctions and outputs only when neccessary, maybe hide some outputs and so on
- [ ] write way nicer but still good instructions
