Could Loopy be used in VScode?

How could it be be used in VScode?
Has anyone tried?
Could it be an extension similar to the draw.io/mermaid/foam?

Use case:
I'm interested in drawing up quick diagrams in VScode while doing research, writing and thinking, without needed to switch programs, open a browser, work through iterations, save a gif, return to vscode, paste image.
