TransactionScope fails with IdentityContext with Timeout.

Running a transaction that executes IdentityContext operations fails with time out.
Seems like the serialized strategy of TransactionScope performes to many locks on the database.
We must find a way to inject the transaction in the Contexts of EntityFramework.
