Prep for deprecation of Material theme for Mkdocs

Mkdocs is officially in maintenance mode. This will apparently last for at least a year (so Nov 2026). They recommend moving to Zensical

Just clarifying, it's the theme mkdocs-material being deprecated. The theme does provide a lot of nice things, but don't forsee any issue for the moment. There are a number of plugins that specifically use the mkdocs-material theme, so I imagine there will be an active fork after maintenance mode ends.

Might be worth keeping an eye on zensical though.
