Feature Request: Set Primary IP for Devices #265
Description
It may be a nice feature to allow Orb to create or update the Primary IP of Devices. In my particular case, I have several SNMP Discovery policies which define their targets as the management interfaces for those devices.
Could there be a way to re-use the SNMP target IP as the Device Primary IP? Would that need to be contingent on an Interface being discovered with the same IP? Would this translate to Device discovery as well?
Perhaps a pattern could be defined that is evaluated against discovered Interface names, and if a single match is found any IP assigned to that interface becomes the Primary IP for the device?
