Feature: Device Manufacturer Lookup

It would be nice to have the ability to overload values found in ./snmp-discovery/data/manufacturers.yaml similar to how Device Model Lookup functions.

For example, I would like the ability to make .1.3.6.1.4.1.9 map to Cisco Systems instead of ciscoSystems or .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823 map to Aruba instead of Aruba a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company.

This would help provide more reasonable, human-friendly Manufacturer objects as well as support brownfield deployments where users may already have a significant number of Manufacturers and Device Types created.
