[Bug][Rancher Manager v2.14] Sbomscanner UI Ext fails to install

Steps:

• Install Rancher Manager v2.14
• Use today's build to build the UI Ext
• Add repo
• Install it
• Go to SBOMScanner page
• Find it shows blank screen

Others:

• The Sbomscanner backend chart (v0.10.0) can show successfully with v2.14

• With v2.13, Sbomscanner UI Ext can successfully show the screen and it can be installed successfully
• Btw, this is the repo if you want to try:
