Cannot create Registry inside of the same namespace as backend

I've installed SBOMscanner using the UI extension using the default options. As a result of that, the backend is installed inside the cattle-sbomscanner-system namespace.

When adding a new registry, the dropdown menu doesn't allow to select this namespace.

Adding the namespace by hand is also not working:

When pressing "enter" the text field goes back to being empty.

The only workaround is to edit the YAML (or create the registry via the k8s API).

@lsongsuse , Please triage if this is a UI extension issue or the Rancher UI behavior first.

Hi @flavio I tried reproducing this on my end with sbomscanner-0.10.0 but it's working normally for me.

For that missing cattle-sbomscanner-system namespace, could you check if your Rancher UI is set to hide system namespaces? Since you installed the extension, you should have the right admin/RBAC permissions.
