Manually entered time is not saved #3048
Description
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new task
- Click start date
- Click in the time input box and type in the minutes (eg 9:23)
- Pressing enter or clicking the tick does not save the minutes
Expected behavior
I would expect typing in an explicit time for that time to be saved against the task.
The up/down spinner only select 30 minutes or 00 minutes so cannot be used.
The popup when clicking the digits between the arrows only shows 5 minute intervals, so is also not useful if the task needs to be started at a non-five-minute increment.
Actual behaviour
Typing the time in and pressing enter or tick to save the task results in the minutes part being wiped out.
