Default virtual folders in Actor classes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having a default set of virtual folders would encourage a more standard way to organize AF code.

Describe the solution you'd like
If an actor is created from the Project Provider wizard, include the following virtual folders (and their permissions):

• Accessors
• AF Payload Methods [Public]
• AF Overrides [Protected]

Describe alternatives you've considered
Open to alternative names or additional folders.
