Future releases of State Pattern Actor will migrate to LabVIEW 2020.

State Pattern Actor 1.1.0 (the initial release) supports 2013 or later, meaning its source code was written in 2013. This is a challenge to support going forward, as contributors likely don't have ready access to LabVIEW versions prior to 2019.

The Open Source Actor Framework project assumes LabVIEW 2020 or later, so that all of its constituent elements can benefit from interfaces (and don't have to support abstract messages). There is value in keeping the initial commit at 2013, but we will migrate to 2020 with the next update to code.
