Support pagination

Pagination is best practice for list response. A HTTP header should be added like this:

Link: <BASE?page=1>; rel="prev", <BASE?page=3>; rel="next", <BASE?page=99>; rel="last"

Pagination is best practice but it should be handled in the app that this middleware directs to with parameter list. We could mention it in the documentation.
