Can't run the docker

When i try to run the docker an aborted message appear on my terminal

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error' what(): locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid Aborted

I'm running it with a windows 10 pro host, i tried to download it and build and then run it, but it throws the same error.

i just add some lines to Dockerfile
RUN apt-get -y install locales RUN locale-gen en_US.UTF-8 RUN update-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8

and the error was solved for me.
But now i have another error with the X display

QStandardPaths: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root' qt.qpa.screen: QXcbConnection: Could not connect to display Could not connect to any X display.

I thought that with the vnc viewer, i didnt need an XMing server or something like that to display Eagle

I just solve that error, i configured a local variable in powershell with the DISPLAY variable at 1, and execute a Xmin server.
(The previous solution)
PS> set-variable -name DISPLAY -value 192.168.1.41:1.0 This is my IP, you should put your ip.
and then i execute it with this command
PS> docker run -it --privileged -p port:port -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY image in port put the ports that you are using for vnc, and in image put the name of the nickdraw/eagle image

But another problem appears, and its that glx is not update at 1.3 version

Actually i dont really know what to do, Eagle launchs for a second but then the program crashes and the docker stop
