Ability to convert UTC to custom timezones #3
Description
One solution could be a UTC offset variable in config, c.f. this astropy guide. However, this doesn't handle daylight saving time, so the user would need to exercise a lot of caution. The current formulation with UTC is inconvenient but less prone to mistakes.
An alternative is using pytz. Would need to do some tests with it, but not a high priority for me at the moment.
