Error occured in `Quantum-circuit`: `No module named 'numpy'` on Windows

Bug Description

as the title mentioned, however i believed it is because the pythonshell is running on window.

Steps to Reproduce Bug

start up NODE-RED, Put in and link nodes as following order:
inject -> quantum circuit -> quantum register -> debug

numbers of quantum circuit and register doesnt matter, but i have the following settings:
quantum circuit: register and bits = 1;
quantum register: number of qubits = 1;
deploy and press the button next to inject (timestamp)

Error Occur.

Is this only an issue with numpy? As in, if you remove this line do you get any other errors?

Tried they method you mentioned above, doesnt seem to be the case.
as i removed that line of code, it generates a new error,

maybe theres something missing on my end by any chance?

Do you have the virtual environment setup correctly? From the terminal, navigate to the project directory and type venv/Scripts/python.exe (might be just python instead of python.exe? Try both), which should invoke the Python interpreter and open a Python instance. If it worked you'll see something like:

Python 3.9.6 (default, Jun 30 2021, 10:22:16) 
[GCC 11.1.0] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

In here type import qiskit. Do you receive any errors when doing this?

Is it the same with numpy? Try import numpy

oh yes, numpy cause error, same as the bug report

How about if you enter:
from qiskit import *
Followed by:
qr = QuantumRegister(2)

This is the result following by the test following the previous tests.

so, to make sure what was tested previously, its mostly not because of my laptop but the Qiskit, right ? else if theres anything you want to test on Windows, i can do it. As i really need it fixed to keep moving on for the Bloch Sphere testing x)

Try to do the same thing I suggested to Zhiqiang in Slack, where you could try installing Qiskit on your computers global Python installation (as opposed to using the virtual environment), and see if the problem still occurs. Again, the steps would be something like:

• pip3 install qiskit
• python3 -i

A python instance will then start, in which you enter:

• from qiskit import *
• qc = QuantumCircuit(2, 2)

We need to determine whether the problem is isolated to your virtual environment, or if it's a problem with your system as a whole.
