What is the name of the setting to change the color of the scroll bar, and the color of the button you move to scroll?

I am also attaching here the theme that I need to change.

I would be grateful to anyone who can help me with this, as the color of the aforementioned button in this kit is almost invisible at all.

You want to look into ScrollBar > THUMBTNVERT and ScrollBar > THUMBBTNHORZ. Those are image properties (containg all states) which you will have to export, edit and replace. There are also possible overrides such as Explorer::ScrollBar and DarkMode_Explorer::ScrollBar that could have defined the scollbar look for their context.

Can I bother you with another question,

1. When I switch Windows to dark mode in the settings, a white font appears, what is the name of the setting that changes this white color (I want to make it gray).
2. In the screenshot above you see the red circle, clicking on which closes the window, what is the setting to change its image?
   I really appreciate the time you spend helping me!

No problem! I must note however that I have very little experience on the themeing side of things. Other users are much better when it comes to this. But here i can still help:

1. The font color is specified per-control in the TEXTCOLOR properties. For example
   DarkMode_Explorer::Button > PUSHBUTTON > TEXTCOLOR
DarkMode_ItemsView::ListView > LISTITEM > TEXTCOLOR
   Use the search (Ctrl + F), for "Property" and Color "255,255,255". This should help you finding them.

2. I assume the red circle is a MacOS styled the close button. You should find everthing in the DWMWindow class. Make sure to read the wiki page for this: https://github.com/nptr/msstyleEditor/wiki/Window-Frames

   Note: The properties shown on the wiki page are outdated. For example DWMWindow > CLOSEBUTTON[INACTIVE] is now DWMWindow > BUTTON[INACTIVE]CLOSE. But I think you'll understand it nonetheless.
