extended config search

Hi!
please add ability to automatically find config in $XDG_CONFIG_DIRS if it is missing from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME.
Also, do not know if it is possible, detect the config used by current running openbox (because it can be for example "$XDG_CONFIG_DIRS/openbox/LXDE/rc.xml" in LXDE session).

Sorry, have no time to do it and I don't really use openbox anymore, so it's not my top priority. But for now you can simply start obkey with an argument: obkey <config-file>. As you can see it in the code: https://github.com/nsf/obkey/blob/master/obkey#L35-L37
