Python 3 Compatibility

Running the latest version of OctoPrint 1.4.0 in a Python 3 environment does not allow for the use of this plugin as it is detected as incompatible.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to run the plugin in a Python 3 environment.

I am waiting to upgrade OctoPrint until this plugin works with it :)

I am not a developer but just tested this plugin with Python compatibility tool 2to3 and it did not report any issues. Simply add
__plugin_pythoncompat__ = ">=2.7,<4"
right below
__plugin_name__ = "Fan Speed Control"
in __init.py__ file, zip back all the files and upload from local drive using Plugin Manager.

Worked for me.

Figured out steps to make it work.

1. Install from URL on github.
2. SSH into octopi
3. cd to ~/oprint/lib/python3.7/site-packages/octoprint_extradistance
4. edit init.py and add line indicated above.
5. save file and restart Octoprint
6. Goto plugin manager and enable plugin.

Tried this now however a bit confused the instruction say

plugin_name = "Fan Speed Control"

above and this is for the extra distance plugin but will try actually trying them both????

Well I can also confirm it does work and in addition, the Fan Speed Control Works as well using the same fix with the corresponding value
