Add back integration tests for cocopp

I did not find an issue for that (so maybe we even run those tests again after we moved to Github Actions?), hence I open a new one: we should run some of the old integration tests on the `cocopp` module, we had on Jenkins, which postprocessed some algorithms from the data archive (from various test suites) in order to detect that things are going wrong (aka our nightly build).
