The nuScenes test set challenge has been unexpectedly terminated

I noticed that the challenge deadline was set to November 15th when I tried to submit my test set results, but I had thought it was December 31st, 2099. Could you please clarify if there was an issue? When will the submission system reopen, and where can I evaluate the accuracy of my nuScenes test set?

This is because EvalAI is now requiring challenge hosts to pay to use the platform:

Thank you very much for your efforts in resolving the submission issues. We noticed that the nuscenes detection challenge has already been restored. However, we are also eager to submit results for the tracking challenge and the prediction challenge. Could you please share if there is any expected timeline for these two challenges to be reopened? We truly appreciate your timely response and continued support.
