Initial pre processing

• Move everything to new repository
• fix background
• add flatfield correction(kunal needs to get example data)
• handle multidimensional tiffs
• xarray wrapped dask array with channel last
• unmix channels (kunal needs to update wrapper)
• add choose best focal plane and collapse to 1 z dimension

basic workflow should be

open tiff -> background correct -> flatfield correct -> register channels -> 1 z plane -> register cycles -> unmix channels -> write zarr
