Schedule I mappings missing

SchI is listed in the sources/headers CSV files, but there's no sources/SchI.csv, and it's not in map_generator.rb, fech_utils.rb, or rendered_maps.rb. There's no documentation to indicate this is intentional. What's the issue?

The issue is that Schedule I is no longer supported by the FEC (it was in versions 1-7 of its filing software). I'm not opposed to adding it, but it's not a priority at this point.

@dwillis Does it require anything more than adding SchI back to the rb files and running the generator? It's already in the headers CSV.

Would love to see a test using a filing with Schedule I transactions if you do.
