Lack of (visible) CI and automated test execution #285

Hi,
I noticed that this repository doesn’t seem to have any GitHub Actions (or other CI) configured to run the test suite automatically on pushes / pull requests.
Given that tests don’t get executed automatically right now, it feels easier for test breakage to slip through unnoticed and it may have contributed to the fact that the test suite currently fails.
A couple of questions:
- Is there a deliberate reason CI isn’t enabled for this repo? Are you using some internal CI?
- I saw other ocpsoft projects using GitHub Actions - is there some project-specific constraint here?
- Would you be open to a PR that adds a basic CI workflow for test execution? The caveat being that it will most likely immediately fail.
