Release Mechanics

For ofLibs it is working great.
minor library updates are pushed to latest
and for major updates we add a new release

TODO: Change versioning system. it can be confusing because ofLibs was meant to be Apothecary replacement but turned out to be something else. so maybe a version 1.0 would be welcome now.

ofWorks (initial idea, discussion is welcome)
And for ofWorks we can use tags. a specific tag could be cloned in install / update scripts, that points to a specific ofLibs version.
One can use a specific tag or latest to be with latest version.
git head will always be bleeding edge, so one has this option of using all latest also.
