ofxAddons forked, ported to ofWorks

I'm now transfering my addons fork to ofWorks, so they have the needed changes to be compatible with ofWorks.
some of them I'm sending PRs upstream. if they are accepted I'll be erasing the forks here and add addons to the list of compatible addons (without ofxMath)
