Make of disktools under Linux fails with two errors

Using debian linux 13 (trixie) on RPI 500+

git clone https://github.com/ogdenpm/disktools.git
cd disktools
cd Linux

Make of disktools fails with two errors:

1. needed to do chmod +x mkGetVersion (can this be done from make file?)

2. bin2imd.c is missing from the bin2imd folder, had to copy in from higher level windows build folder

Error 2 is due to a missing rename of BIN2IMD.C to lower case. I probably used Windows rename instead of git mv. The lower case bin2imd.c is now correct, so you should not need to copy. I have also modified the common.mk file to use sh mkGetVersion so it does not need chmod +x Let me know if you have further issues Mark
