[Task] Cleanup all document links in Map items

Describe the task

I need to audit all document_sources links in all volumes, and I expect that I'll find some that only have the IIIF info.json endpoint, not the direct jp2 download. One example is this wooster volume, which errored during load like this:

I'm 99% sure that's because the loading here was happening by requesting through the IIIF endpoint, instead of the direct download of the jp2 file.

Completion criteria

Uniform document_sources structure, and this Wooster volume should be removed and reloaded.

One further note: It would be interesting to dig deeper into why that image scrambling happens in the first place. It seems that concurrent requests from OIM to the LOC's /full/max/0/default.jpg IIIF endpoint get scrambled and return mixed up image content.
