Add a filter for going back to All questions #60

Within the agree/disagree/find out, that is. #1 is still open.
But once you have selected a custom filter, the page shrinks to just that set of questions, and the only way to go back to the full list is to reload the page. Creating an "All" filter with everything matched or undecided is a workaround, but a bit ugly.
