Include test to confirm same output from XML and HTML processing

The XML and HTML code pipeline should provide the same output for the same paper. We need a way to confirm this.

Describe the solution you'd like

A test that runs AC in both XML and HTML mode on the same paper and confirms the output is the same should be added to the test suite

Additional context

This is required before the XML processing is included in AC, however it also cannot be tested easily with the current xml parsing script. Some thought should be put into how this will be implemented in the development phase.

Get open-access publications from here for test. Alternatively, get an XML of the og Auto-CORPus paper and use that for the test.

There are some known differences between the two versions:

• Keywords sections are always after the title in the XML BioC, regardless of where they actually appear in the documents
• In the infons of the document level, references and title of the main body, there are different levels of information
• The references formatting of the XML follows a fixed pattern
