Installation issues in WIndows

Hi

I am trying to install the requirements in a virtual env in Python 3.8 on Windows 10. While installing blis, I get this error:
error: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified msvc py_compiler msvc

While installing kivy,

I have SmartBody installed and can work directly from their interface. I need to add the input functions of speech and text. Any ideas for other ways todo this on WIndows?
