diagram viewpoint option not showing up on rosetta 2.4.0 macosx

I am having a vocab diagram view issue with rosetta-2.4.0-macosx.cocoa.aarch64 :

When I click on a vocab -> new representation -> [The new "vocabulary diagram" tab is not showing up and so I am unable to create a diagram viewpoint]. All I am getting is an "ontology editor" option and "other". Please help me.
