Description
π Hey Contributor!
Before you dive into the repo, letβs get you officially listed as a contributor π
This task is quick, easy, and not design-related β just a simple roll call.
π What you need to do
Instead of editing a big list, you will create your own file.
- Navigate to the
CONTRIBUTORSfolder in themainbranch. - Create a new
.txtfile. - Name the file exactly using your GitHub username.
- Inside the file, add your details using the format below.
βοΈ File & Content Template
Filename:
<github-id>.txt
File Content:
<github-id> - <college-name>
β Example
If your username is bitflipper19:
- Create a file named:
bitflipper19.txt - Inside the file, write:
bitflipper19 - IIIT Allahabad
β οΈ Ground rules (keep it clean π)
- File Extension: Ensure it is a
.txtfile (not.mdor.json). - Location: The file must be inside the
CONTRIBUTORSfolder. - Naming: The filename must match your GitHub handle exactly.
- Content: Keep it to one line inside the file.
- Branch: Please make sure you are targeting the
mainbranch.
π And youβre done!
- No coding required π»β
- No design work π¨β
- Just a simple way to say βI was hereβ π
Create a PR with your new file, and welcome to the contributors list! ππ
