Model exported from phlynx does not open in web opencor

Here's the model: phlynx-export(66).cellml.zip

I suspect the issue may be related to the use of Celsius as a unit in one or more components. I've included an affine unit-conversion component, but I'll try to remove all mention of Celsius from the model.

I'm almost certain it's to do with the use of Celsius. If I export the "guilty" half of the model, I achieve the same behaviour in web opencor: phlynx-export(67).cellml.zip

FWIW, https://opencor.ws/appdev now reports issues if we are not able to retrieve a SED-ML task instance. When it comes to your CellML files, the issues are compilation related:

From there, I have checked libCellML and... as part of some "recent" big changes, I forgot to change some templates and because libCellML's CI doesn't compile the code it generates it wasn't picked up. Argh!

So, living this issue opened for now, but the issue is actually with libCellML (see cellml/libcellml#1363). From there, I need to update libOpenCOR and then OpenCOR.

Ok, I have fixed libCellML, updated libOpenCOR, and then OpenCOR, as can be seen in https://opencor.ws/appdev (v0.20260303.0). Now, OpenCOR returns the following issue: Task instance | KINSOL: five consecutive steps have been taken that satisfy a scaled step length test. I wonder whether it's related to the libCellML issue reported by @hsorby? Either way, I am still leaving this issue opened for now.
