Integrate Teltonika TachoSync into OpenRemote #34
Description
As a fleet manager, I would like to be able to read data, and download DDD (tachograph) files from the Teltonika TachoSync API, directly from the OpenRemote manager UI.
To do so, we need to create a Teltonika TachoSync API integration.
Ideally, users should be able to click on a button (momentary boolean attribute?) in the manager UI, and that makes a request to the correct OpenRemote API, which then requests the TachoSync API, and the file is then given to the user to download.
Is this something that would be integrated using an Agent? We should be able to also pull other data from the service, not just the Tachograph files.
