Fleet Management Architecture Rewrite #35
Description
The Fleet management repository, and specifically the Teltonika integration, needs to be rewritten, to be made less complicated, more pluggable for new protocols and manufacturers, and more robust.
Specifically:
- a pluggable architecture for parsing and describing a parameter that comes in from a protocol
- a modular method for managing device state
- allow for parsing parameters even when there is no description of the parameter itself
- design the architecture around ease of integration of new trackers
