Invalid transcript returned for TMEM247 gene by gene2trans

Describe the bug
The Genes to Transcripts tool returns two transcripts for the TMEM247 gene: NM_001424184.1 which is MANE Select and NM_001145051.2. The latter transcript is defined as "obsolete" by NCBI RefSeq and a link is provided to the former transcript.

Expected behavior
The Genes to Transcripts tool should only return one transcript for the TMEM247 gene: NM_001424184.1

@leicray, I believe we keep obsolete records for backwards compatibility, but agree that we may want to hide them from the gene2tr tool. When was it obsoleted? We are due a database update, and it may get marked in the next update. @John-F-Wagstaff is this correct????
